A rural dog, 5 years old, male (unneutered), 5kg.
He was brought to our hospital for an automobile accident, and x-rays and CTs suggested a right lliac body fracture, left sacrum-illium luxation, and combined ischial and ulnar comminuted fracture. He was fixed with BlueSAO PRCL®-5mm pure titanium locking plate for dual plate internal and external fixation. His ilium, sacrum-illium joint, ischium, and ulna achieved good reduction.
