A Pomeranian dog, 6 years old, male, 8.6kg (super-obese),suffered from luxation of the left femoral head as well as history of reconstructive rupture of the round ligament. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery. We did the THR surgery by using a φ14mm cup, a #2 stem, and a φ8mm (+0) head of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully. Best wishes for an early recovery.
