A cat, female, 2 years old, fell down from the building, caused a comminuted fracture oftibia and fibula. The reduction of this fracturetype was very difficult. We did a minimally invasive surgery by using BlueSAO InterLocking system to fix the tibia. The surgical wound was small. The blood supply of bone fragments was guaranteed and the implants was stable.
