Poodle, 7 years old, female, neutered, 3.2kg.After the dog jumped off the table at home, the right hind limb could not bear weight, and the diagnosis found thatthefemoral head was dislocated. In addition, the left hind limb was subjected to a FHO(Femoral Head Ostectomy) in aanimal hospital 3 years ago due to femoral head necrosis. The current functional recovery is not very good, accompanied by mild musculardystrophy and long-term claudication.The owner finally chose THR surgery. We uesdBlueSAO Micro and Nano THR systemwith 1# stem, φ12mm cup，φ8mm+0mm head. On the second day after the surgery, the affected limb can take weight-bearing action, and looking forward to a better recovery later.
