A Labrador retriever, called Cream, 3 years old, female(unneutered), 33kg. The left hind limb was limp for many days. Clinical examination revealed muscle atrophy of the left femur, the left hind limb could not bear weight, the left knee joint drawer test was positive, and no abnormality of the hip joint was found. The diagnosis was a rupture of the left cranial cruciate ligament. We did a TPLO surgery by using BlueSAO TPLO-10.5mm L locking plate. The surgery was successful, and we look forward to a speedy recovery.
