A Poodle, 13 years old, female, unneutered, 15Kg. The dog had patellar luxation in both legs, and the drawer test was positive. Surgical explorationrevealed bilateral cruciate ligament rupture, so it was decided to perform trochlear groove deepeningsurgery and TPLO surgery.
During the surgery, a 18# saw blade was used for osteotomy, and the BlueSAO TPLO-M 8.5mm locking plate was used for internal fixation. Preoperative TPA was 30 degrees, and postoperative 5 degrees. The pressure is in good condition. Looking forward to a speedy recovery.
