A shorthair cat called Wenhao, 2 years old, male, castrated, 5.6Kg, suffered from a fracture of the right femoral head. The pet owner chose a better treatment: total hip replacement. The BlueSAO cemented Micro&Nano HipSystem was used for the THR surgery. Implants: 12mm cemented cup, 3# cemented femoral stem, and 8mm (+0) femoral head. The surgery went smoothly, the acetabular cup angle was within a reasonable range, the femoral stem was well centered, and the anteversion angle of the femoral stem was within a reasonable range.
