A Samoyed called Yuan Bao, 6 years old, male (castrated). His left hind limb was lame for two months. The left hind limb muscles showed obvious atrophy. No abnormal hip joints were found. The drawer test of left hind limb was positive. The diagnosis was a rupture of the cranial cruciate ligament. We did a TPLO surgery by using BlueSAO TPLO-M9.5mmL locking plate and R21 saw blade. The surgery was successful and we look forward to a speedy recovery.
