A Border Collie, 2 years old, female, 26 kg, suffered a fracture of the radius and ulna of herleft forelimb as a result of a car accident. One week after the fracture, she presented to the doctor with a soft tissue infection and muscle contracture. Six days of anti-infection treatment was followed by surgery.
