Cause: Right femoral head prolapse.
Preoperative precise surgical planning was performed using iBluevet software, and intraoperative total hip replacement was performed using the BlueSAO small cemented hip system.
Implants used: 14mm cemented acetabular cup, 3# cemented femoral stem, and 8mm (+2) femoral head. The surgery took 1 hour and 20 minutes and was successfully completed.
