A Labrador retriever, 3 years old, female, 30kg, remained persistent limping of left hind limbfor two months. She was diagnosed with the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. We did a TPLO surgery for her. IBlueVet, a veterinary orthopedic planning software, was used for surgical design before surgery. During the surgery, the osteotomy was performed with a 24# saw blade, after which the cut bone was rotated by 10 mm as well as fixed with BlueSAO TPLO-10.5mm L pure titanium locking bone plate. The preoperative TPA of 30°was corrected to about 4°postoperatively.
