A Poodle,named Pidan, 8-month-old,male,2.6 kg. He has an old radial-ulnar bone fracture, which is a highly challenging condition to repair.Firstly, it is necessary to remove any non-viable bone at the fracture site. The severe bone loss at the fracture site reduces the bone's ability to heal, resulting in a significantly longer healing time. The method used to fix the fracture must provide sufficient strong and lasting force while minimizing damage to the body and preserving the bone's vitality and blood supply.

During surgery, we used BlueSAO PRCL®-5mm T-shaped pure titanium locking plate for internal fixation. This method provides maximum stability while preserving the biological factors necessary for bone healing. At the same time, the fracture area was filled with S-VETOSS artificial bone from Canada, which greatly stimulates bone generation and healing. Currently, Pidan is in stable recovery.
