A Samoyed dog, 7 years
old, male, weighing 26kg. He suffered from hip dysplasia and severe arthritis. Recently, he has been lifting his right leg
frequently and doesn't like to exercise. It was decided to perform a total hip
replacement surgery using BlueSAO biological hip replacement system.
Precise surgical planning was carried out using BlueSAO iBlueVet software
before the surgery. The implants: a 26mm biological cup, 7# biological femoral stem, 20mm lateral bolt, and a 16mm (+3)
femoral head.
The surgery went smoothly and the postoperative recovery was good!
