American shorthair cat, 4 years old, male (castrated), 6kg.
Medical
history: he suffered from dysplasia of the right hip, resulting in compromised
motor function; therefore, we decided to perform a THR surgery. Accurate
preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the THR surgery by
using a φ10mm cemented cup and a 3# φ6mm (+3) head and stem integrated cemented
prosthesis of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Hip Replacement System for his total hip
replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the return visit one month
after the surgery was favorable.
