A Bichon Frise, 16 years old, female (neutered), 4.7 kg.

Medical history: both hind legs suffered from old ACL rupture; he suffered from tibia and fibula fracture caused by trauma one week ago, and another fracture one week after surgery in the other hospital.

He was brought to our hospital for revision surgery. During the surgery, obvious effusion was seen in the proximal tibia, the implant was removed and sent for drug sensitivity test.
