A Pomeranian dog, 1.5 years old, male, 2.5kg, suffered from bilateral patellar luxation, which was repaired a year ago in an out-of-town hospital, however, both of the patella suffered from re-luxation, The dog owner therefore contacted Director Niu Jinbo (Jingrui (Beijing) Veterinary Hospital and Henuan (Beijing) Veterinary Hospital) to have the luxation re-repaired. During the surgery, severe wear of the patellar groove was found, and the artificial PGR technique (PGR model 3) and MPL-R3-L4 were applied on the left side, and the surgery was successfully performed on both limbs.
