A Maine Coon cat, 1 year old, male, 6.5kg, suffered from patellar luxation induced by bilateral hip joint laxity. Joint replacement was performed on one side in the first half of the year, and then on the other side to achieve bilateral joint stability. We did the THR surgery by using a ＃14 cup, a #3 stem, a φ8+2mm head and the antibiotic-loaded bone cement of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully. Best wishes for an early recovery.
