A Labrador retriever, 6 years old, male, 36kg,suffered from degenerative arthritis due to bilateral hip dysplasia. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the THR surgery by using a φ26mm dual mobility cup, a Φ 21-Φ16 PEEK liner +ceramic particle femoral head from Germany, a #8 biological stem and a DS-DL(+0) femoral neck of the BlueSAO Dual Mobility System for replacement. The dog is recovering well from the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
