A cat,male,one and a half years old,3 kg, had lamenessfor 6 months,and had not been treated.Later he can walk normally.A few days ago,he jumped out of the window on the third floor,then he could not walkagain.We found that he had old femoralfracture and comminuted tibial fracture.We planned to fix two fractures at oncetime.However,we found that the problems were more serious during the surgery.His ligament was broken! The patellar groove was gone! And the Patella was almost gone!Firstly,considering the comminuted fracture of the tibia,we fixed the tibia with BlueSAO PRCL-S locking plate＋intramedullary pin.
