A poodle, 9 years old, female, 6.2kg (overweight), suffered from luxation of femoral head due to a fall. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery one week later. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the THR surgery by using a φ13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ10mm+0 femoral head, and a #2 stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement Systemfor replacement. This dog was able to walk on the ground one day after surgery, walked almost normally and was able to urinate with weight on the affected limb 3 days after surgery, and had a completely normal gait 5 days after surgery, which did not look like it had just undergone surgery.
