20241008- [Rupture of Cranial Cruciate Ligament] A German Shepherd Dog, Fixed with TPLO-L System Successfully
A German Shepherd dog, 5 years old, male, 45kg,suffered from lameness of the left hind limb for about two months, with physical examination revealing muscle atrophy of the left hind limb, medial hyperplasia of knee joint and positive tibial compression. He was diagnosed with the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. The dog was internally fixed with BlueSAO TPLO-11.5mm L-type pure titanium locking plate for internal fixation. The surgery was completed successfully. Best wishes for an early recovery.
