A Welsh Corgi dog, 6 years old, female, 11kg,suffered from the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. The dog’s ligament was internally fixed with BlueSAO TPLO-6.5mm L-type pure titanium locking plate. The surgery was completed successfully. The immediate postoperative tibial thrust test showed negative results. The dog is recovering quickly thanks to the minimal damage from this surgery. The affected limb was able to stand to urinate 4 days after surgery.
