A British shorthair cat, nickname: Wang Xueqi, 4 years old, male (neutered), 5kg, suffered from bilateral hip dysplasia and hip arthritis. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery on the right hip first, and then on the left hip 2 months later. Intraoperatively, we adopted a φ13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ10mm+0 femoral head, and a #3 stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for both replacement. The cat is recovering well from the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.

BlueSAO Hip Replacement System: Non-3D Printed Stem of Mainstream Forging Stem Process! All implants like the acetabular cup, femoral head, femoral neck, and lateral bolt are not 3D printed and have stood the test of time to be safer and more reliable!

Thanks to Dr. Chen Weili (Kunming Jiujiu Pet Hospital) for sharing the clinical case of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System.
