A Border Collie,named Golden,male,10 months old,hit by a car,caused a right femoral fracture.The master thought that such fracture was easy to fix. So a internal fixation was done at a hospital near his home.The dog was hospitalized after the surgery.Ten days later,the dog suffered from claudication. So external fixation was done.When the master visited the dog, he noticed pus and a foul smell in the wound,, but doctors did not have a clear plan of treatment.
