A poodle, nickname: Yuanyuan, 6 years and 8 months old, female, 3.2kg,underwent ‌TPLO surgery‌ for a ‌rupture of cranial cruciate ligament in the ‌left hind limb‌ in ‌June 2024‌, with ‌good postoperative recovery‌. Yuanyuan recently had developed ‌lameness in the right hind limb‌, and the imaging diagnosis showed a rupture of cranial cruciate ligament of the right hind limb‌ with a ‌positive drawer test‌ and ‌grade III right patellar luxation‌. ‌TPLO surgery combined with patellar groove deepening was decided as the treatment. Intraoperatively, we used BlueSAO TPLO-mini 4mm L-type pure titanium locking plate (R system) for internal fixation. The surgery was completed successfully. Best wishes for an early recovery.
