A poodle, nickname: Lemon, 6 years old, male, 4.9kg,presented with lameness in the right hind limb in March; after recuperation until April, his lameness was still obvious although his leg lifting was slightly better; X-rays revealed a Grade III patellar luxation and a Grade II patellar luxation in the right hind limp and lefe hind limp, respectively, with shallow patellar groove and varying degrees of proliferation of the patellar ridges on both sides. After communicating with the owner, it was decided to perform modified TPLO surgery plus correction of patellar luxation for both of Lemon's legs at the same time.Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet, and the dog's legs were fixed with TPLO-Mini System - 4mm R-type pure titanium locking plate for internal fixation.The surgery was completed successfully.
