Etiology: Severe hip hyperplasia due to bilateral hip dysplasia

A decision was made to perform a total hip replacement (THR) for the future quality of life and welfare of the dog. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the THR surgery by using BlueSAO Biological Hip Replacement System.

Re-examination several years after bilateral THRs: X-ray showed well bone ingrowth, and the dog was able to walk freely with weight.
