A poodle, 11.5 years old, female, 7.4kg,was found to be lameness and unable to bear weight with her left hind limb after jumping on the sofa at home, and was brought to the hospital. X-rays were taken to confirm the diagnosis of a rupture of cranial cruciate ligament in the left hind limb. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. Intraoperatively, we used BlueSAO TPLO-6.5mm L-typepure titanium locking plate for internal fixation. The surgery was completed successfully, and the dog could go out for a walk on the third day after the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
