Severe arthritis, swelling and lameness in the left hind limb. Three years ago, bilateral trochlear groove deepening + tibial tuberosity displacement surgery was performed. The left hind limb did not recover well after the surgery. It was diagnosed as severe bilateral knee arthritis. It is now decided to undergo trochlear groove replacement surgery.
