A cat,one year old,3.4kg,fell down from the building,caused a comminuted fracture of femur and a fracture of femoral condyle.Because there were many fracture fragments, it was easy to cause the risk of delayed healing and non-healing.In order to maintain the blood supply of the fracture fragments, according to the biological principle of the fracture, during the surgery, we opened but did not touch the fracture region.Finally,we fixed the femur with BlueSAO PRCL-S6.5mm locking plate＋Kirschner wire and used PRP.The surgery was completed successfully.Hope the guy recovery soon！
