A Samoyed, 6 months old, male, 9kg, suffered from an old femoral fracture. Nonunion of the fracture site led to a large amount of callus and osteomyelitis, which increased the time and difficulty of surgery. We fixed the femur with BlueSAO PRCL-L10mm locking plate＋ Intramedullary pin. The surgery was completed successfully！
