A Pomeranian, named XiaoQ, one year old, male, 4.75kg, hit by a car, caused incontinence. His body temperature was 37.5℃ and his heart rate was 180/min. From the DR, we can see a sacrum-illium luxation, fractures of the right ilium, the ischium and the pubis ,a luxation of sacrum and first coccygeal vertebra. There was lumen between the sacrum and first coccygeal vertebra. It was confirmed as intestine after angiography. Neurological examination found that he had the proprioceptive reflex, but the pain and the perianal reflex disappeared. We fixed the ilium by using BlueSAO PRCL-S5mm locking plate and fixed the sacroiliac joint by using 2.4 lag screw. The surgery was completed successfully. Hope the guy recovery soon！
