A Pomeranian, named Duoduo, 3 years old, male, 4kg, hit by a car, caused a comminuted fracture of pelvis (fracture of left ilium and ischium, right sacrum-illium luxation ) and dislocation of femoral head. We fixed the left ilium with BlueSAO T-shape locking plate of PRCL-S system, fixed the sacroiliac joint with lag screw and did a FHO surgery. Hope the guy recovery soon！
