这是一只偏胖的萨摩犬,非常活泼,一次跟其他伙伴玩耍时,突发右后肢跛行,带医院检查发现右后肢股骨头脱位,转诊到我院进行髋关节置换。术前检查我们发现左侧髋关节是松弛,股骨头半脱位。这也就可以解释为什么平常的玩耍会导致右侧股骨头脱位了。骨盆蛙式X光片可见左侧股骨头是无法贴合髋臼的,说明髋臼的软组织(主要是圆韧带)是有增生的。
This is a Samoyed with a little fat. The dog is very active. On one occasion she suddenly developed a limp in her right hind limb while playing with other partners. The pet owner took her to the hospital for examination and the results showed that she had a dislocated femoral head in her right hind limb. The dog was referred to our hospital for hip replacement surgery. On preoperative examination we found that her left hip was lax as well as the femoral head was subluxated. This would explain why normal play would lead to dislocation of the right femoral head. The pelvic frogleg x-rays showed that the left femoral head could not fit into the acetabulum, which indicated that there was hyperplasia of the soft tissues of the acetabulum (mainly the round ligament).

The appropriate femoral stem prosthesis and acetabular cup prosthesis are selected after calibration to the Marker on the iBlueVet Orthopaedic Planning System. Pre-operative planning using #5 biological femoral stem and 20mm biological acetabular cup. Prepare +0, +3 and +6 13mm femoral head prostheses. Intraoperative testing with the femoral head prosthesis model will determine the final femoral head prosthesis.
Planned implants: #5 biological femoral stem, 20mm biological acetabular cup. +0 or +3 or +6 13mm femoral head prosthesis.
