A Chinese rural dog, 4 years old, male, 10kg, hit by a car, caused a fracture of seventh lumbar vertebra. He suffered from limb paralysis and lost the ability to defecate andurinate spontaneously. We did the spine fixation surgery for him by using φ2.5*18mm screw +rod. These implants come from BlueSAO FIXPINE Spine Fixation system. The surgery was completedsuccessfully. The dogrecovered well.
