A Shiba Inu, 2 years old, male, 7.7Kg, suffered from grade 4 patellar luxation, knee arthritis, knee stiffness, and the left leg has not touched the ground for more than half a year. It was decided to perform a femoral wedge osteotomy and PGR surgery. The iBlueVet software was used for precise planning before surgery. During the surgery, the BlueSAO PGR-5# prosthesis was used for patellar groove replacement, and a PRCL locking plate was used for osteotomy and fixation. The surgery went well and we wish him a speedy recovery.
