A Poodle,9 years old, female, 5.2 Kg. Suffered from patella grade IV dislocation, resulting in inability to walk normally on the right hind limb. X-rays showed muscle atrophy and bone resorption. In order to improve animal welfare and surgical cure rate, the surgery was finally chosen to be performed using BlueSAO PatellarGrooveReplacement (PGR) System. The BlueSAO PGR-2 prosthesis was used for the replacement during the surgery. The surgery went well and we look forward to a speedy recovery.
