A Poodle, 12 years old, female, 4.5 Kg. The dog was found to be limping in his right hind limb after strenuous activity. The drawer test was positive and the diagnosis was cranial cruciate ligament rupture. The decision was made to perform TPLO surgery. Intraoperatively, a 12# saw blade was selected for osteotomy, and a BlueSAOTPLO-5.5mm R pure titanium locking platewas used for internal fixation. The preoperative TPA of 33° was corrected to about 4° postoperatively. The surgery went well and we look forward to a speedy recovery.
