A Border Collie, female, 17.7 kg. She was 2.5 years old at the time of surgery one year ago. A fall resulted in dislocation of her right femoral head and rupture of the round ligament. After communication with the pet owner, a surgical plan for artificial hip replacement was decided. The total hip replacement was performed using BlueSAO biological hip system. Implants: #5 biological femoral stem, 22mm biological cup, 16mm (+0 ) femoral head, everything went well with the surgery!

The results of the post-operative review at 7 months showed that the prosthesis was stable and reliable and the dog recovered quickly!

As of today, exactly over a year after the surgery, we returned to the pet owner. The pet owner sent us a video of the dog running and we are so happy!
