Her right femoral head was dislocated due to a traumatic injury. The pet owner decisively chose BlueSAO small cemented hip replacement system to perform the hip replacement.

The preoperative measurements were taken and planned using BlueSAO iBlueVet software. The plan was to use a 12mm cemented cup, a 14mm cup as a backup, a #2 cemented femoral stem, and a #1.5 femoral stem as a backup.

The actual implants used during the surgery: 12mm cup, #2 femoral stem, and 8mm (+0) femoral head, which were consistent with the preoperative software planning. The surgery went well and we look forward to a speedy recovery.
