A Pomeranian dog, nickname: Mibao, 8 years old, male (castrated), 12.5kg,

suffered from a lameness in the right hind limb for three monthsand was referred to our hospital with no improvement in the diagnosis and treatment in other hospitals. On physical examination, the drawer test of the right knee joint was positive, with X-ray showing anterior tibial translation. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery.
