A Felis catus, 1.5 years old, male, 4.5kg,

was brought to the hospital due to unwillingness to engage in activities at home. X-rays were taken to confirm the diagnosis of hip dysplasia in both hind limbs. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the THR surgery by using the BlueSAO Micro & Nano Hip Replacement System for replacement. Besides, a φ12mm cup, a #2 stem, a φ8mm (+0) head, and antibiotic-loaded bone cement were used for the replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the cat resumed walking two days after surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.

Thanks to Li Zhenfu (Nanjing Laile Pet Hospital) for sharing the clinical case of BlueSAO Hip Replacement System.
