A Maine coon cat, nickname: Kaisa, 2 years old, male (neutered), 7.8kg,
was found to have a lameness in the right hind limb during the May Day holiday and X-ray examination revealed a fracture of right femoral neck. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery. We did the THR surgery by using a φ12mm cup, a #3 stem, and a φ8mm (+0) head of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Hip Replacement System for replacement. The cat is recovering well from the surgery.
