A Border Collie, 4 years old, female (unneutered), 18.3kg,

had a THR surgical treatment two years ago due to dislocation of the right femoral head and rupture of the round ligament. Intraoperatively, we adopted a #5 biological stem, a φ22mm biological cup, and a φ16mm (+0) head of BlueSAO Biological Hip Replacement System for replacement, and the surgery was successfully completed. At the one year post-operative review, it showed that the prosthesis was stable and reliable, and the recovery was very quick!

Two years have passed, and now we are conducting the re-examination for the THR surgery on the right side. As can be seen from the X-ray, the postoperative recovery is stable and the muscle mass is significantly greater than that of the worn-out hip on the left side, and we are preparing for another THR surgery on the left side in the near future.
