A poodle, 5 years old, female, 4.5kg,suffered from the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament of the left leg. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet to determine the TPA angle to be 24.8°, and we performed the internal fixation surgery by using a 12mm saw blade with a rotating movement of 4.2mm as well as the BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm L-type pure titanium locking plate. The dog is recovering well from the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
