Case 247: A Clinical Case Sharing of BlueSAO Bionic Hip Joint Replacement in a Rottweiler by Dr. T. Sumalai
A rottweiler, nickname: Marshall, 1.5 years old, male, 35kg,suffered from right hip dysplasia. As such, it was decided to perform a THR surgery. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the surgery by using a φ29mm bionic acetabular cup, a φ22mm PEEK femoral head, a #9 biological stem, and an L+0 femoral neck of BlueSAO Bionic Hip Joint System for replacement. The dog is recovering well from the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
