A bichon frise, nickname: Didi, 7 years old, female, 8kg,suffered from a sudden lameness in the right hind limb due to a fall after jumping off the sofa, which was preoperatively diagnosed as the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament with a Grade III patellar luxation. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We adopted BlueSAO's newly developed biological PGR system #4 and TPLO-5.5mm R-type pure titanium locking plate for internal fixation.The surgery was completed successfully.
