A Shiba Inu, 1 year old, male, 7kg,suffered from bilateral hip dysplasia, joint laxity, dorsal luxation, and bilateral patellar luxation. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery. Accurate operative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the THR surgery by using a φ15mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ12mm+0 femoral head, and a #2 stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement Systemfor replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the dog could walk freely 24 hours after the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
