A Clinical Case Sharing of BlueSAO Biological PGR System -- The First Case in Wuhan

Breed: Alaskan Malamute

Weight: 45kg

The dog suffered from bilateral patellar luxation, severe arthritis, and osteophyte hyperplasia of joints, which resulted in pain and difficulty walking. As such, we decided to perform a PGR surgery on this dog. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. During the surgery, the BlueSAO Biological PGR System with a press-fit biological #11 implantwas used for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully. The dog was able to walk in a normal posture on the third day post-surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
