She was diagnosed with Grade IV patellar luxation bilaterally and 15-20 degrees of tibial torsion bilaterally. A decision was made to perform simultaneous bilateral PGR surgery combined with TTT (tibial tubercle transfer). During the surgery, the BlueSAO Press-Fit Biological PGR System with a press-fit biological #1 implantwas used for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully.
